Operating Room Nurse
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an OR nurse for a 13-week contract. You'll work day shifts in a surgical environment supporting a range of operative cases.
Schedule & Requirements
- Shift: 4 × 10-hour days per week (40 hours/week)
- License: Georgia or compact license required, in hand at start
- Experience: Minimum 18 months of OR nursing experience within the past 3 years
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: October 19, 2026
- Relocation: Non-local candidates only (50-mile radius applies)
What You'll Do
Work as part of the OR team, assisting with case setup, instrument management, patient positioning, and intraoperative support. You'll collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical technicians to ensure smooth, safe operations.
What We're Looking For
- Current GA or compact RN license
- Proven OR experience (within the last 3 years)
- Ability to commit to guaranteed hours and a structured day-shift schedule
- Professional demeanor and strong teamwork skills
