Critical Care Nurse – Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment. You'll work nights in a dynamic critical care environment, caring for high-acuity patients requiring advanced respiratory and neurological support.
Shift & Schedule
- 3 × 12-hour night shifts (8 PM – 8 AM)
- 36 hours per week
- Start dates available every Monday
- 13-week assignment length
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license (GA or compact state)
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 18 months of critical care specialty experience within the past 3 years
- Demonstrated expertise with high-frequency ventilators/oscillators and ICP monitoring
What You'll Do
You'll provide direct patient care in a critical care setting, managing patients on advanced respiratory support and intracranial pressure monitoring. You'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, respond to rapid changes in patient status, and apply evidence-based protocols in a fast-paced environment.
Location & Travel
Atlanta, GA area. Candidates must be willing to relocate within the 50-mile radius; local travelers are not considered for this role.
