Telemetry Nurse – Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Telemetry Nurse for its observation unit. You'll provide direct patient care on the night shift, monitoring cardiac rhythms and managing acute patients in a fast-paced environment.
Shift & Schedule
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Days: 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: October 19, 2026
Requirements
- Current Georgia or compact nursing license
- Minimum 18 months of nursing experience
- Telemetry experience required
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias
- Experience managing non-cardiac drips (heparin, insulin, etc.)
Clinical Scope
You'll monitor patients on telemetry, interpret cardiac rhythms, respond to dysrhythmia alerts, and collaborate with the care team to manage acute changes. The role focuses on observation-level patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring.
