Emergency Department Nurse
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Emergency Department nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in the Atlanta area.
Shift & Schedule
- Shift: 1:00 PM – 1:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
- Hours: 36 hours per week (3 shifts)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: October 19, 2026
Requirements
- Current GA or compact nursing license
- Minimum 18 months of ED experience within the past 3 years
- ACLS certification required
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification required
- Willingness to work within a 50-mile radius of the assignment location
About the Role
You'll join a fast-paced emergency department providing care across a broad spectrum of acuities—from minor injuries to critical presentations. This role offers exposure to diverse patient populations and emergency nursing best practices in an established facility.

We need nurses who are comfortable with the unpredictability of emergency care, possess strong assessment and critical thinking skills, and can work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team during high-volume periods.
