Medical-Surgical Telemetry — Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Med-Surg Telemetry nurse for night shifts in Lithonia, GA. You'll provide direct patient care on a busy medical-surgical unit with telemetry monitoring capabilities.
Schedule & Contract
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: October 19, 2026
- Guaranteed Hours: Yes
Requirements
- Minimum 18 months of nursing experience
- Current BLS certification
- ACLS certification (required)
- NIHSS certification (preferred)
- Travel nursing experience (preferred)
What You'll Do
You'll deliver skilled nursing care to med-surg patients, manage telemetry monitoring, administer medications, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and respond to patient needs in a fast-paced night environment. Strong assessment and communication skills are essential.
