Critical Care Nurse – ICU
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse for its ICU. You'll provide direct patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment, managing high-acuity patients and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Shift & Schedule
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
- 13-week contract
- Start date: October 19, 2026
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of critical care nursing experience
- NIHSS certification required
- PA, ICP, IABP, or CRRT experience preferred (not required)
- Current Georgia or compact nursing license in hand
Location & Travel
- Decatur, Georgia
- Must be willing to relocate; local travelers not considered
- 50-mile service radius
What You'll Do
You'll care for critically ill patients, monitor vital signs and hemodynamic parameters, manage complex medical equipment, and communicate effectively with physicians and clinical teams. Your clinical judgment and technical skills will be essential in this high-acuity setting.
