CT Technologist — Travel Contract

Glens Falls, NY | Days | 13-Week Assignment

This CT Technologist position supports a busy imaging department in upstate New York. The role involves performing a broad range of CT procedures requiring independent clinical judgment, with emphasis on accuracy, patient safety, and efficient workflow management.

Shift Details

• Days, 3×12-hour shifts (10:30 AM – 11:00 PM)
• Every 3rd weekend required
• No on-call required
• No block scheduling considered

Clinical Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex CT procedures using independent judgment
• Obtain intravenous access and administer contrast as required
• Prioritize and organize daily imaging workflow
• Maintain clear oral and written communication with care team members

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CT/PET experience
• Contrast injection experience
• Active New York State Radiologic Technology license
• ARRT (CT) certification
• BLS (AHA)
• Personal vehicle required

Preferred

• GE scanner experience
• Prior travel experience

Additional Details

• COVID vaccination strongly encouraged, not required
• Scrubs: any solid color; no designs, cartoons, or hoodies
• Up to 5 days of requested time off considered if noted at time of submission; no RTO approved after submission
• 8-hour non-billable orientation
• Facility may cancel up to 5 shifts per contract with 2-hour notice
• Onboarding requires completion of an approved verbal de-escalation/crisis prevention training program
