Operating Room RN — Travel Contract

Lakewood, CO | 12-Hour Days (Friday–Sunday) | 13-Week Contract

This OR position supports a high-volume surgical environment handling approximately 35 cases on weekdays and 10 cases on weekends across ortho, neuro, and general surgery specialties. Trauma experience is required.

Shift & Schedule

• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Self-scheduling and block scheduling available
• Holiday coverage required if the holiday falls on a scheduled weekend day

Contract Details

• Start Date: October 12, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Candidates must reside within 60 miles of the facility (driver's license required at submission)
• Must be present in-state for the week of orientation; initial modules may be remote

Required Certifications

• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)

Clinical Details

• Scrubbing is not required for RNs
• No call or float requirements
• Scrubs/dress code provided by the facility

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 4 shifts may be cancelled per 13-week assignment

Strong ortho, neuro, or general surgery OR experience — combined with trauma background — will position you well for this role. BSN not required.
