Imaging Nurse - Special Procedures RN
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Imaging Nurse for its Special Procedures department. You'll provide nursing care in prep and recovery across multiple imaging modalities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday shifts (0730–1230)
- Weekends and holidays off
- 10-hour shifts with flexible start times: 0630, 0715, or 0800
- On-call 2–3 shifts per month
- 40 guaranteed hours weekly
- Holiday commitment: Must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) plus 1 minor holiday (day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
Clinical Scope
You'll support patient prep and recovery for:
- Interventional Radiology (IR)
- CT
- Ultrasound (US)
- MRI
- Nuclear Medicine (NM)
- Fluoroscopy
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years recent experience in imaging specialty
- AHA BLS (required)
- ACLS (required)
- PALS (preferred)
