Emergency Department RN — Night Shift | Napa, CA

13-Week Contract | Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

This acute care facility is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a 26-week night shift contract beginning October 2026. The ED serves a broad patient population spanning neonates through geriatrics, with an active daily census and a well-rounded interdisciplinary support team that includes respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, physical therapy, phlebotomy, social services, and interpretation services.

Shift & Schedule

• 3x12-hour nights; variable start times of 3:00 PM or 7:00 PM
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call required
• Candidates must commit to working 3 of the 5 major winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• All RTO must be submitted at the time of application; post-offer requests may not be granted

Required Certifications

• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ED experience required
• Valid compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• First-time travelers welcome
• Locals within 50 miles accepted
