Adult ICU — Travel RN | Night Shift | Easley, SC

This Medical ICU position offers night shift coverage in a unit managing high-acuity adult and geriatric patients, including complex respiratory cases and COVID-related critical illness. The unit provides a full interdisciplinary care environment supported by respiratory therapy, physical therapy, pharmacy, rapid response teams, radiology, phlebotomy, social services, and interpretation services.

Assignment Details

• Shift: 3x12 or 4x12 nights, 19:00–07:30
• Contract: 13 weeks (26-week option available for holiday coverage)
• Weekend coverage: Every other weekend (subject to change based on unit need)
• Start date: October 12, 2026

Clinical Scope

• Patient population: Adults and geriatrics
• Acuity: High — includes ventilator management, continuous IV sedation, and dysrhythmia interpretation and management

Float Requirement

Floating is required. You may be asked to float to comparable units within the facility or to other campuses in the system based on census. Float assignments will align with your demonstrated competencies.

Requirements

• Active South Carolina RN license
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience (first-time travelers considered based on experience)
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• At least 1 year of electronic health record experience required
• Pre-assignment modules must be completed within 48 hours of login access (up to 16 hours reimbursable)
• Flu vaccine required; no exemptions accepted
• COVID-19 vaccine not required
• Candidates must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible at standard terms
