Emergency Room RN — Night Shift | Travel Contract

Seneca, SC | 13-Week Contract | Nights

The facility is seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN for a 13-week night shift travel assignment. This fast-paced ED serves a broad patient population spanning all age groups — neonates through geriatrics — with a high daily visit volume and robust interdisciplinary support.

Shift Details

• 3x12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend required (schedule subject to change based on need)
• Float to other qualified units may be required based on census
• 6 weekend shifts per contract

Clinical Scope

• Full-spectrum emergency care across all acuity levels
• Patient population: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, geriatrics
• Interdisciplinary support includes respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, phlebotomy, social services, rapid response teams, and interpretation services

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of ED/ER experience required
• Active certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, CPI/MAB, TNCC
• Minimum 1 year of experience with electronic health record documentation required
• First-time travelers considered based on experience

Additional Notes

• Pre-assignment testing and compliance modules must be completed within 48 hours of receiving login credentials (modules are reimbursable, up to 16 hours)
• Orientation is held on Mondays
• Flu vaccine required; no exemptions accepted
• COVID-19 vaccine not required
• Extension policy: travelers may not extend beyond three consecutive 13-week contracts without converting to employee status or taking a minimum 6-month break
