Emergency Department Nurse – 13-Week Contract
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Emergency Department nurse for a 13-week contract. You'll provide direct care to acute patients in a fast-paced emergency setting.
Schedule & Requirements
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: September 21, 2026
Qualifications
- Current GA or compact nursing license required
- Minimum 18 months of emergency department or acute care nursing experience within the past 3 years
- NIHSS certification required
- Must be willing to relocate; local travelers within a 50-mile radius are not eligible for this role
Role Details
You'll work with acute care patients only in the ED, providing assessment, treatment, and patient support during your shifts. This is a direct patient care role in a high-acuity environment.
