Emergency Department RN | Contract | Georgetown, TX
This 13-week contract places you in a busy Emergency Department serving a diverse community patient population. The unit manages a wide range of acuity levels, with procedures including cardioversion, TNK administration, and moderate sedation.
Assignment Details
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Start Date: October 5, 2026
- Call Requirements: None
- Weekends: 4 weekend shifts per schedule
Required Certifications & Experience
- ALS, BLS, TNCC required
- ENPC or PALS required
- Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience
- 2 years of ED experience preferred
Clinical Scope
The ED team handles a high volume of acute presentations and manages both adult and pediatric emergencies. Staff collaborate closely with dedicated charge nurse coordinators who provide daily support, including flexible self-scheduling. Providers are actively engaged with nursing staff and participate in a monthly Unit Based Council.
