Emergency Department Nurse

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced Emergency Department nurse for a 13-week contract assignment. You'll work the night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) with 36 guaranteed hours per week.

About the Role

You'll provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting, managing a diverse patient population with varying acuity levels. Responsibilities include , patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver timely emergency care.

Requirements

• Current RN license (NC)
• BLS certification required
• ER experience preferred
• Ability to work nights and adapt to the dynamic pace of emergency medicine
