Burn Trauma ICU — Registered Nurse | Nights | Plano, TX

This 13-week night shift contract (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) places you in a fast-paced Burn Trauma ICU caring for high-acuity burn, trauma, and surgical critical care patients.

Clinical Scope

• Complex wound care management
• Code response
• External ventricular drain (EVD) management
• Massive transfusion protocol (MTP)
• High-acuity critical care with both ICU and step-down (PCU) patients

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Trauma, Burn, or Surgical ICU experience (required — candidates without this background will not be considered)
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN
• CCRN certification

Schedule & Expectations

• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 2 weekends required per pay period
• Float capability required: MSICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU, or PCU units
