Travel Sonographer

Position Overview

The facility seeks a sonographer for a 13-week assignment in the ultrasound department. You'll work Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM, performing general and vascular ultrasound studies in a busy clinical environment.

Requirements

• RDMS (AB) or (OB) certification
• RVT (VT) or RVS certification from CCI
• BLS certification
• Ability to perform both general and vascular ultrasound studies

The Role

You'll perform a wide range of studies including:

• Abdominal and obstetric ultrasound (first and second trimesters)
• Vascular studies (venous and arterial Doppler, grafts, segmental pressure testing)
• Image-guided procedures (biopsies, thoracentesis, paracentesis)
• Testicular ultrasound, NICU neuro imaging, and intraoperative cases
• High-level disinfection of intracavitary probes

What We're Looking For

Experience in vascular, pediatric, general, procedural, small parts, and OR ultrasound is preferred. You should be dependable, a strong communicator, and comfortable working collaboratively with the sonography team.

Team & Schedule

The ultrasound department operates with a dedicated day-shift team. You'll participate in a rotating on-call schedule shared among seven sonographers. Guaranteed 36 hours per week.
