Travel RN – Labor & Delivery | Arlington, TX | Nights
This 13-week contract places you in a high-acuity Labor & Delivery/OBED unit on the night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), with a Tuesday start date.
Unit Overview
The unit provides comprehensive high-risk obstetric care, including magnesium drips, insulin drips, and operative delivery support (circulate and scrub roles). Nurses may float within the women's services area, including postpartum and antepartum.
Schedule Details
- Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Guaranteed hours: 36/week
- On-call requirement: 1 shift every 4 weeks
- Holiday requirement: 2 major and 1 minor winter holiday
- Any approved time off requires three full shifts worked that same week
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of travel RN experience in high-risk OB/L&D
- NRP certification
- Intermediate fetal monitoring competency
- ACLS and BLS certifications
Preferred Qualifications
- OBED experience
- High-risk, high-volume L&D background
