Medical-Surgical Telemetry – Day Shift

Position Overview

The facility is seeking experienced RNs for its Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit. You'll provide direct patient care in a fast-paced environment, monitoring patients with cardiac conditions and general medical-surgical needs.

Shift & Schedule

• Day shift: 3x12-hour, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (options for 4x12 or 2x12 schedules available)
• Contract duration: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 48 per week
• Start date: October 23, 2026

Requirements

• Experience: 12 months permanent RN experience in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry
• License: Permanent Ohio license or current compact license (required at time of submission)
• Certifications: Active BLS and ACLS; willingness to obtain NIHSS prior to start
• References: One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in your specialty (from the past 12 months) — charge RN references accepted
• Vaccines: COVID-19 and flu required (medical/religious exemptions available)
• Background/credentialing: BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing

Orientation & Assessments

During orientation, you'll complete an ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment. Both must be passed at an acceptable level.

Additional Notes

Start date, RTO, and shift schedule must be confirmed at submission and cannot be changed after an offer is presented.
