Inpatient Rehabilitation & Med-Surg RN — Nights | Keene, NH

This inpatient unit provides specialized care across cardiovascular disease, internal medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation, and psychiatry. The role requires broad clinical scope and the ability to manage complex, high-acuity patients including those recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, cardiac conditions, and trauma.

Assignment Details

• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 4 x 12 Nights
• Contract: 13 weeks | Start: October 2026
• Guaranteed hours: 48 per week
• Weekend requirement: Every other weekend with holiday rotation

Float Requirement

Starting mid-February, this traveler will transition into a float position. Willingness to float is required from the outset.

Holiday Coverage

Travelers must be available to work during the following blocks if scheduled:

• Thanksgiving Day, the following Friday, and that weekend
• Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and the following weekend
• New Year's Eve through New Year's Day and the following weekend

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of current Med-Surg experience
• Charge RN experience (may assume charge role)
• Experience with stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, cardiac rehab, and trauma
• Active New Hampshire RN license or Compact license
• Active AHA BLS and ACLS certifications

Additional Requirements

• Personal vehicle required — public transportation is not available in this area
• No block scheduling accommodated
• All RTO requests (maximum 5 days) must be submitted at time of application
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible
• All compliance documentation must be completed within 5 days of offer acceptance
