Emergency Department RN — Cambridge, MA

This is a long-term contract opportunity in a busy Emergency Department in Cambridge, MA. The unit requires experienced RNs comfortable managing a high-acuity, fast-paced patient population across a broad scope of emergency presentations.

Shift & Schedule

• 12-hour evening shifts, 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Rotating weekends and holidays; must work every other major holiday
• No block scheduling

Contract Details

• Duration: 88 weeks
• Start Date: October 2026

Clinical Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
• Acute care experience required

Certifications & Compliance

• Active Massachusetts RN license (current or conditional); NURSYS verification required, pulled within the last week, showing all past and present licenses
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS required
• Flu vaccine required during flu season

• Updated resume documenting specialty experience and travel history
• Two recent Manager/Supervisor references in Emergency Department
• Skills Checklist matching specialty
• Valid driver's license with address matching submitted demographics
• RTO must be submitted at time of application; availability cannot be guaranteed post-confirmation
