X-Ray Technologist – Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced X-Ray Technologist for its Radiology department. This is a night shift position offering guaranteed hours and an extended contract in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Shift & Schedule
- Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday
- Contract Duration: 89 weeks
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours: 36
Key Responsibilities
- Perform radiographic imaging across multiple units (floating required)
- Operate X-Ray equipment with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures
- Adhere to all radiation safety protocols
Requirements
- Current ARRT certification and BLS
- Minimum 2+ years of X-Ray experience
- Travel experience required
- 2 recent references from X-Ray Supervisors or Managers
- RTO submission required at time of application
Facility Requirements
- Nicotine-free facility (nicotine screening required with drug screen)
- Flu vaccination mandatory; no exemptions accepted
- Any scrub color accepted
Qualifications
- Strong technical skill set in radiography
- Ability to work independently on nights
- Comfort with floating to different areas as needed
