About the Role
You'll provide skilled nursing care to telemetry patients in a fast-paced acute care environment. Monitor cardiac rhythms, manage patient assessment and care planning, and collaborate with an interprofessional team focused on quality patient outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Current RN license (New Hampshire)
- BLS certification required
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in telemetry or cardiac monitoring preferred
