Clinical Laboratory Scientist
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist with strong quality control expertise to join the laboratory team. This is an 8-hour day shift role working Monday–Friday with variable days off within each week.
Shift & Schedule
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 5 days per week
- 40 guaranteed hours per week
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Current California CLS or MLS license
- Extensive QC experience as a CLS Generalist
- LIS system experience (familiarity with Harvest is preferred)
- TB clearance obtained within the past 12 months
About the Role
You'll perform general laboratory testing and QC procedures, supporting the facility's diagnostic mission. This position offers a stable schedule ideal for a travel assignment in the Northern California area.

Arcata, California, with nearby housing options in surrounding communities including Eureka, McKinleyville, Blue Lake, Westhaven, Samoa, and Fortuna (all within 20–30 miles).
