13-Week Contract | Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM

This CT department serves a diverse patient population spanning adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, with a high daily scan volume and a broad range of diagnostic and procedural imaging. The unit operates across multiple scan suites and manages approximately 105 cases per day.

Clinical Scope

• Routine and advanced CT imaging: head, chest, abdomen/pelvis, spine, vascular, and musculoskeletal
• Specialty studies including coronary CTA, brain perfusion, CT arthrography, enterography, and virtual colonography
• Procedures: abscess drainages/aspirations, chest tube placement, suprapubic catheter placement
• IV contrast preparation and administration; peripheral IV starts; iSTAT creatinine draws; PPAC management (training provided if needed)
• 3D post-processing: MIP, volume rendering, multiplanar reconstruction
• Patient populations include trauma, stroke, oncology, bariatric, and orthopedic cases

Requirements

• ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) required
• BLS required
• Minimum 1 year of CT experience
• experience required
• Electronic health record experience required
• Active, unencumbered license in hand at time of submission

Scheduling & Logistics

• Monday–Friday evenings; weekend coverage staffed separately
• Float to additional campus locations may be required
• No candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility
• Pre-approved time off must be submitted with initial application; no post-submission requests accepted
• Background check must show no open cases
• Third-party education verification required
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
