Emergency Department RN — Night Shift | Austin, TX | 13-Week Contract

This contract opportunity places an experienced Emergency Department RN on a fast-paced night shift in Austin, TX. The unit manages a high volume of acute presentations, with clinical scope that includes lumbar punctures, intubations, TNK administration, laceration repair, suture removal, and splinting.

Shift & Schedule

• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Rotating weekends: 4 shifts per schedule
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• No on-call requirements

Contract Details

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start date: September 3, 2026

Required Certifications *(must be current by start date)*

• BLS
• ACLS
• TNCC
• ENPC
• NIHSS

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of emergency department experience

Dress Code

• Navy blue scrubs; navy blue zip-up sweater permitted
• Pullover sweatshirts are not acceptable
