Med/Surg Telemetry Float RN — Winchester, MA

12-Hour Days | 8-Week Contract

This is a float position within a med/surg telemetry setting. Nurses in this role will be deployed across units based on census and staffing needs, supporting a variety of medical-surgical and telemetry patients.

Shift & Schedule

• 12-hour days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 72 guaranteed hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)
• Maximum 3 days RTO for the contract period; no holiday RTO approved

Contract Details

• Start date: December 7, 2026
• Duration: 8 weeks

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• Strong med/surg telemetry clinical competency

What to Expect

This float role requires adaptability and clinical confidence across med/surg and telemetry patient populations. Candidates should be comfortable transitioning between units and managing a range of acuity levels within this scope.
