Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)

This is a float position supporting Med/Surg Telemetry units, requiring flexibility across clinical areas as census and staffing needs dictate. Candidates should be comfortable adapting quickly to new teams and patient populations.

Clinical Scope:

The role involves caring for medical-surgical patients requiring telemetry monitoring, managing a range of acuity levels and general medical conditions across the unit.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Med/Surg Telemetry
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Active ACLS and BLS certifications
• Familiarity with electronic health record documentation (experience with a major integrated EHR platform required)
• RN licensure applicable to Massachusetts

Scheduling Notes:

• Maximum of 3 days of requested time off permitted for the contract period
• No holiday time-off requests will be approved
