Operating Room RN – 12-Hour Night Shift

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced OR RN for a 12-hour night shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), Tuesday through Thursday. This is a 13-week contract with 36 guaranteed hours per week.

Unit Details

You'll work in a busy operating room handling an average of 35 cases on weekdays and 10 on weekends. The surgical scope includes orthopedic, neurosurgery, general, and trauma procedures. This is a scrubbing role.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certification
• Trauma surgery experience required
• Ability to be in state for orientation week (initial modules may be remote)
• Valid driver's license

Schedule & Expectations

• Primary shift: Tuesday–Thursday, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12 hours)
• Weekend availability: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (if desired; self-scheduling available)
• No call or float requirements
• No weeknight or weekend call mandated; holiday work only if scheduled on a weekend day
• Scrubs provided

• 60-mile radius from Lakewood, CO
• Self-scheduling available
• Up to 4 shifts may be canceled per 13-week contract (3 shifts if contract is shorter)
• Unit-specific orientation provided
