Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nurse for a 13-week contract. You'll work rotating 12-hour shifts (7a–7p and 7p–7a) with every-other-weekend and every-other-holiday rotation. One holiday time-off request will be accepted per contract.
Schedule & Staffing Details
- 12-hour shifts, rotating day/night
- Every other weekend required
- Every other holiday required
- Self-scheduling with management oversight; special requests accommodated when possible
- 72 hours guaranteed biweekly (excludes on-call time)
Clinical Scope
You'll float between Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units. Patient ratios are:
Requirements
- Current RN license (Massachusetts)
- Minimum 2+ years Med-Surg nursing experience
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- No float requirement beyond Med-Surg and Telemetry units
