CT Technologist – Day Shift
Position Overview
The facility's imaging department is seeking a CT Technologist for day shift work. You'll join a moderately busy, full-service imaging team handling approximately 80 exams daily, with a mix of outpatient, emergency department, and operating room cases.
Shift & Schedule
- 4x10-Hour Days: 08:00–18:00
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: October 12, 2026
- Flexibility to work 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) is required
- You may be asked to float to nearby sister facilities
Required Qualifications
- ARRT-CT certification
- BLS and Fluoroscopy Permit
- Minimum 1 year of CT experience
- Valid compact state license at time of submission
- 2 professional references (covering the last 3 years)
Clinical Scope
You'll perform a broad range of imaging studies including:
- Head, chest, abdomen, and pelvis imaging (with and without contrast)
- CT arthrography, multiplanar reconstruction (MRP)
- Contrast media preparation and administration
- Peripheral IV placement
- Portable and C-arm imaging
- Operating room cases (pacemakers, orthopedic procedures)
- Fluoroscopy studies and enema procedures
Key Requirements
- Community hospital experience required
- Strong technical skills in portables, C-arm, extremities, abdomen, GI, fluoroscopy, and surgery C-arm work
- Willingness to float to contracted facilities
- All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront during the application process
All scheduling requests and time-off must be requested during initial submittal.
