CT Technologist – Day Shift

Position Overview

The facility's imaging department is seeking a CT Technologist for day shift work. You'll join a moderately busy, full-service imaging team handling approximately 80 exams daily, with a mix of outpatient, emergency department, and operating room cases.

Shift & Schedule

  • 4x10-Hour Days: 08:00–18:00
  • Contract Duration: 13 weeks
  • Start Date: October 12, 2026
  • Flexibility to work 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) is required
  • You may be asked to float to nearby sister facilities

Required Qualifications

  • ARRT-CT certification
  • BLS and Fluoroscopy Permit
  • Minimum 1 year of CT experience
  • Valid compact state license at time of submission
  • 2 professional references (covering the last 3 years)

Clinical Scope

You'll perform a broad range of imaging studies including:

  • Head, chest, abdomen, and pelvis imaging (with and without contrast)
  • CT arthrography, multiplanar reconstruction (MRP)
  • Contrast media preparation and administration
  • Peripheral IV placement
  • Portable and C-arm imaging
  • Operating room cases (pacemakers, orthopedic procedures)
  • Fluoroscopy studies and enema procedures

Key Requirements

  • Community hospital experience required
  • Strong technical skills in portables, C-arm, extremities, abdomen, GI, fluoroscopy, and surgery C-arm work
  • Willingness to float to contracted facilities
  • All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront during the application process

All scheduling requests and time-off must be requested during initial submittal.
