Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN for a float pool position. You'll provide care across multiple med-surg units, utilizing your strong telemetry expertise to monitor and support patients with varying acuity levels.
Shift & Schedule
- 12-hour rotating day/night shifts (3 shifts per week)
- 8-week contract
- Start date: December 7, 2025
- 72 hours guaranteed biweekly
- Weekly orientations
- Maximum three days RTO permitted; no holiday RTO approved
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of med-surg telemetry nursing experience
- Strong telemetry monitoring skills
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Proficiency with electronic health records
What to Expect
You'll work in a dynamic float pool environment, supporting med-surg patients across multiple units. Your role involves continuous telemetry monitoring, patient assessment, medication administration, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. This position requires flexibility, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to quickly orient to different units.
