Med/Surg Telemetry RN — Float Pool | Cambridge, MA
This is a float pool position supporting multiple medical-surgical telemetry units. Candidates must be comfortable working across different unit environments and patient populations. Weekly orientations are provided.
Assignment Details
- Shift: 3 × 12-hour rotating days/nights
- Contract Duration: 8 weeks
- Start Date: December 7
- Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly
Clinical Scope
- Medical-surgical telemetry patient population
- Strong telemetry monitoring and interpretation required
- Multi-unit float coverage throughout the assignment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience
- Strong telemetry background essential for float utilization
- Active RN license
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
Scheduling & Time Off
- Rotating day and night shifts
- Maximum of 3 days RTO permitted; all RTO must be submitted at time of application
- No holiday RTO will be approved
