PACU – Ambulatory Surgery / Peri-Anesthesia

Burlington, MA | 13-Week Contract | 10-Hour Evening Shifts

This PACU opportunity is based within an ambulatory surgery setting specializing in peri-anesthesia care. The unit supports a varied caseload of ambulatory surgical and procedural patients in a fast-paced, structured environment.

Shift Details

• 10-hour evening shifts: 11:00 AM–9:30 PM or 12:00 PM–10:30 PM
• Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)
• Start date: October 12, 2026

Clinical Scope

• Patient population: ambulatory surgical and procedural cases
• You will regularly interact with students and new hires; all team members are expected to contribute to a supportive, mentoring culture

Requirements

• 3–4 years of PACU clinical experience required
• Prior travel experience not required
• Active certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC (or equivalent)
• Massachusetts RN license required
• Float: Not required
• Time-off requests submitted after placement will not be approved
