PACU Travel Nurse — Ambulatory Surgery | Burlington, MA

Shift: 10-hour evenings | 11:00 AM–9:30 PM or 12:00 PM–10:30 PM

Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly (excludes on-call hours)

About the Unit

This position supports an ambulatory surgery department with a perianesthesia specialty. The unit manages a high-volume outpatient surgical and procedural caseload, caring for patients through the full post-anesthesia recovery process. Travelers will encounter and are expected to support students and new hires, contributing to a collaborative, mentorship-positive environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of clinical PACU experience
• Prior travel experience not required
• Float: Not required

Certifications

• BLS (required)
• ACLS (required)
• PALS or ENPC (or equivalent — required)
