Med/Surg Telemetry — Night Shift | Beverly, MA | 13-Week Contract
This 13-week night shift contract is a great fit for an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry nurse ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced inpatient setting.
Shift & Schedule
- 12-hour nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly (excluding on-call hours)
- Start date: November 30
Unit & Clinical Scope
The Med/Surg Telemetry unit manages a general acute-care population requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Nurses are expected to function independently with strong assessment skills and comfort managing telemetry patients across varying acuity levels.
Float Requirement
Candidates must be open to floating to a sister facility as needed.
Onboarding & Testing
- A pass/fail competency test is administered on day one of orientation — one attempt only
- Relias testing is completed during onboarding as preparation (two attempts allowed)
Requirements
- 2+ years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience
- ACLS and BLS (AHA) required
- Charting proficiency required
