ICU – Registered Nurse | Night Shift | Milton, MA

This 8-week contract places you in an intensive care unit managing high-acuity adult patients. The unit cares for complex cases requiring ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, and post-STEMI care. Strong cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management skills are essential.

Shift & Schedule

• 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• 72 guaranteed hours biweekly
• No more than one holiday off request; no more than 3 days RTO

Float Requirements

You will be expected to float as needed to PACU, step-down, and the ED for care of holding patients.

Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of ICU experience
• Massachusetts RN license (may be in process at time of offer)
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA)
• Strong proficiency in ventilator management, vasopressor/sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, and dysrhythmia management

Preferred

• CCRN certification

Important

Candidates must pass an ECG/telemetry test and a medications test at day-one orientation. These are pass/fail assessments.
