Registered Nurse – Perioperative Leadership
Position Overview
The facility seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for a perioperative leadership role. This is a day-shift position with excellent work-life balance: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–5:00 pm, with no call, holidays, nights, or weekends.
About the Role
You'll bring 3–5 years of proven perioperative experience and 3–5 years of practical leadership experience to support the surgical team. In this role, you will:
- Advance surgical caseload efficiency and outcomes
- Apply advanced-level knowledge of current clinical technology
- Support IT system implementation and optimization
- Model AORN standards and best practices
- Lead with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Requirements
- RN license (active and current)
- ACLS, BLS, and CNOR certifications
- 3–5 years perioperative experience
- 3–5 years demonstrated leadership experience
- Quantifiable accomplishments in surgical case management
- Proficiency with clinical technology and healthcare information systems
Assignment Details
- Location: Yuma, CO
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–5:00 pm (day shift only)
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: October 6, 2026
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
