Echo Technologist | Cardiopulmonary Unit | Lone Tree, CO
This is a 13-week travel contract in a cardiopulmonary/echo lab, performing a full range of cardiac imaging procedures in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Schedule
- Shift: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (four 10-hour shifts)
- Rotating weekends required
- On-call: 2 nights per week, including rotating weekends
- Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
Clinical Scope
The echo team performs:
- Adult transthoracic echocardiograms (portable inpatient and outpatient)
- Transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE)
- Bubble studies
- Definity contrast studies
- Structured reporting on all procedures
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of acute care experience as an Echo Tech
- BLS certification
- RCS credential
- Pediatric echo experience, including the ability to perform basic scans on infants
Preferred Qualifications
- ARDMS certification
