Emergency Department | Nights | Boston, MA

This is a fast-paced Emergency Department role in Boston, MA, caring for a high volume of patients across a broad spectrum of acuity. The department is exceptionally busy, and travelers will float as needed to the Psychiatric ED and Pediatric ED (age 15+ patients; prior pediatric experience required for younger patient populations).

Shift & Schedule

• 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• 48 hours preferred per week; 36-hour contracts considered
• 2 weekends per 4-week period; every other holiday
• Contract runs through January 9, 2027 (~96 weeks from start)
• Start date: October 5, 2026

Required Experience

• Minimum 1.5 years of recent Level I or II ED experience, OR 2+ years of recent Level 3/4 ED experience
• Must independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips and identify heart blocks
• Must pass an on-site Telemetry Test on Day 1 (85% minimum passing score)

Required Certifications *(all must be active/unexpired)*

• BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel assignment experience
• Critical care background

• Travelers will not be placed in trauma rooms during this assignment
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will be compensated at a local rate
