Night Shift RN – Medical-Surgical Unit

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a night shift role on the medical-surgical unit. This is a 13-week contract position starting any Monday.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: Night 3×12-hour (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Weekends: Required
• Call: None
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Location: Pine Bluff, AR

Requirements

• Current Arkansas RN license or compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• No license infractions of any kind
• Have not worked as a staff employee at this facility within the past 5 years
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions available)
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions available)

What We're Looking For

• Solid clinical foundation in medical-surgical nursing
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Ability to work independently on night shift
• Flexibility and strong communication skills

Scrubs

Any color except pink.

Additional Notes

• Candidates must be available to start with minimal time between acceptance and contract start (RTO under 1 week)
• Candidates from within a 50-mile radius are not considered for this travel position
• Travel experience is preferred but not required
