ICU Nurse – Night Shift

Position Overview

The facility's ICU is a mixed-acuity unit providing care to critical care, stepdown, and cardiac telemetry patients. You'll work nights in a dynamic environment that demands flexibility and strong clinical judgment across multiple patient populations.

Shift & Schedule

• Night shift: 3 x 12-hour (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• 13-week contract
• Start: October 5, 2026
• Orientation: 36 hours
• Floating to other units required based on census and competency

Clinical Scope

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and CCRN certifications
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• 1+ year experience with electronic health records
• Competency in care of ventilated patients, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, and sedation administration/monitoring

Additional Requirements

• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
• Pre-assignment testing and annual compliance modules required
• Must be able to float to other units as needed
