Respiratory Therapist – Night Shift

Position Overview

The facility is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for its respiratory therapy unit. This is a 13-week contract position working nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).

Schedule & Hours

• Three 12-hour shifts per week, every other weekend
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Clinical Environment

You'll support a diverse patient population across multiple unit types, including ICU, intermediate care, and medical-surgical settings, as well as the emergency department. The unit manages patients requiring a full spectrum of respiratory care, from acute critical illness to post-operative management.

Required Qualifications

• Current BLS and ACLS certification
• PALS and NRP certification preferred
• Core RT competencies

You're a skilled, engaged clinician who thrives in a collaborative environment. The unit is known for high staff engagement, experienced leadership, and a strong facility culture. Many traveling therapists choose to extend or return for additional assignments.
