Multi-Modality Radiologic Technologist – CT & X-Ray | Emergency Radiology | Myrtle Beach, SC

This 13-week contract position is embedded within a busy emergency radiology department, supporting a fast-paced ER environment on a night shift schedule.

Shift & Schedule

• Night shift: 19:00 – 07:30
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Rad tech coverage runs through midnight; candidate will cover remaining overnight hours

Clinical Scope

This role requires multi-modality proficiency, performing both CT and diagnostic X-ray exclusively for ER patients. Techs will operate fixed and portable digital X-ray units alongside a 64-slice CT scanner. IV contrast administration skills are required. Patient acuity reflects a standard emergency department population.

Requirements

• ARRT certification in both CT and Radiography
• Minimum 3 years of experience in CT and X-ray
• IV skills required
• BLS/CPR certified
• Strong patient communication skills; position is subject to patient experience survey metrics

You're comfortable working independently in an overnight ER imaging environment, confident across both modalities, and able to manage a high-volume, fast-paced workflow with minimal supervision.
