Registered Nurse – Med/Surg Unit, Night Shift

Position Overview

The facility is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Med/Surg unit on a night shift (7 PM start). This is a 13-week contract position with 36 guaranteed hours per week.

Unit Details

You'll provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical setting at a critical access hospital, working with a diverse patient population across varying acuity levels. You'll collaborate with a dedicated nursing team to deliver high-quality care and support patients through their hospital stay.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 7 PM – 7 AM (or similar night hours)
• Days: Full-time, night shift
• Hours: 36 guaranteed per week
• Contract: 13 weeks

Requirements

• Current RN license (Iowa)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently during night shift operations
• Experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred
