Emergency Department RN — Night Shift | Zanesville, OH | 13-Week Contract

This busy Emergency Department in Zanesville, Ohio manages high volumes of acute and emergent patients, offering a fast-paced, clinically rich environment. The unit operates with dedicated trauma bays and handles a diverse range of emergency presentations across all acuity levels.

Schedule

• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• 36 hours per week (three 12-hour shifts)
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday rotation required; excessive holiday RTO requests will not be approved
• Call duties are rare and not expected

Contract Details

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start date: October 19, 2026
• The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours per contract period

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 completed ED travel assignments or 3 years of current/recent ED experience
• Active RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS (all required)
• TNCC and ENPC (strongly preferred)
• Proficiency with electronic medical records in an ED setting is mandatory — candidates without demonstrated experience will not be considered regardless of overall ED experience; please ensure this is clearly documented in your submission
