Certified Surgical Technologist – Operating Room
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist for its operating room. You'll work Monday through Friday, days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM), on a 13-week contract beginning September 28, 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sterile operating room environments
- Assist the surgical team during procedures
- Prepare patients by cleansing and disinfecting incision sites
- Position and drape patients to maintain strict sterility
- Maintain accurate surgical counts of sponges, needles, and instruments
- Operate and maintain surgical equipment (lights, suction machines, sterilization tools)
- Clean and restock the operating room after each procedure
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – required
- Current, unrestricted Colorado state CST licensure
- Current BLS certification
- One year of related experience preferred
Schedule & Commitment
Monday–Friday, day shift. 13-week contract with guaranteed hours.
