Travel Nurse – Emergency Department
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Emergency Department nurse for a 13-week travel assignment. You'll work three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week) on the day shift, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Requirements
- Current RN license (GA or compact license required; must be in hand)
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications
- Travel experience preferred
- Willingness to work within a 50-mile radius
About the Assignment
This is a fast-paced emergency department role where you'll care for acute and critically ill patients across the acuity spectrum. You'll participate in resuscitations, trauma care, and urgent procedural support. The unit values clinical judgment, quick decision-making, and strong teamwork.
