Progressive Care Unit (PCU) – Night Shift
Position Overview
We are seeking a registered nurse for a night shift position in the facility's Progressive Care Unit. This is a 13-week contract assignment.
Shift & Schedule
- Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
- Location: Bowling Green, KY
Unit Details
The PCU provides care for patients requiring close monitoring and frequent interventions. You'll manage a diverse patient population with varying acuity levels, delivering skilled nursing care in a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Current RN license (Kentucky)
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently during night hours while maintaining team communication
- Experience in progressive or intermediate care preferred
