Neonatal Intensive Care Unit – RN
Location: Nashville, TN
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
Schedule: 3 shifts per week with rotating weekends and holidays
Contract Duration: 12 weeks
Start Date: September 8, 2026
About the Role
Qualifications
- Current RN license
- BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications required
- Previous NICU experience required
- Ability to float to comparable high-acuity units as needed
Unit Details
- No unit techs; RNs manage their own patient care and support tasks
- Dress code: Navy, ceil blue, grey, or white scrubs; no long sleeves, watches, rings, or nail polish
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week
What You'll Need to Succeed
Strong clinical assessment skills, comfort with mechanical ventilation and invasive monitoring, excellent communication with interdisciplinary teams, and compassion for families during critical moments. Your NICU background will be essential as you care for our most vulnerable patients.
