A busy cardiac catheterization lab is seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Tech for a long-term contract opportunity in Concord, NH.
Schedule & Contract Details
- Shift: 4x9-hour days or 5x8-hour shifts, approximately 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: ASAP
Position Overview
This role supports a full-scope interventional cardiology program serving adult patients (18+). The lab handles a high-acuity case mix utilizing advanced hemodynamic support and interventional technologies. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with complex cases.
Clinical Scope & Equipment
- Mechanical circulatory support (Impella, intra-aortic balloon pump)
- Rotational atherectomy and orbital atherectomy
- Intravascular lithotripsy (shockwave)
- Aspiration/thrombectomy systems (Penumbra)
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of cath lab experience preferred
- Active ACLS and BLS required
- Rad Tech (RT) or RCIS credential required
- Travel experience not required
- Prior familiarity with cardiology-specific charting systems not required
